We started MyUnit because we were landlords ourselves and we’d had enough.

Every month meant late supplier bills, messy spreadsheets, and chasing tenants who had already moved out. We were constantly figuring out who owed what, what had been paid, and what hadn’t.

Tenants felt they weren’t being charged fairly, and every year, rising costs and taxes chipped away at what little profit we had left. It felt like utility management was designed to make life harder, not easier.

Together with two industry experts, we set out to fix it.

We joined forces with those who understand the complexities behind the meter, the regulations, and the grid, and we built MyUnit.

A service that takes care of setup, tracking, billing, and support, end to end. Now, landlords can maximise yields and stay compliant, while tenants get accurate, fair tracking and only pay for the utilities they use.
